With two large freezing cylinders for high-volume dispensing and quick recovery, this 208-240 volt, 1-phase, 60-Hz, air-cooled, high-capacity frozen beverage dispenser offers twice the capacity of the SO218 and SO318 models. Convenient, efficient and easy to use, it produces thick, stackable slush for post-mixing, and it’s versatile enough to adapt to either a bag-in-box or remote, premix auto-fill system. The fast-dispense function allows you to fill pitchers quickly, while the controlled dispense function lets you efficiently dispense drinks by the glass.
