CF101 Single Barrel Continuous Flow Freezer Machine
Single-barrel, countertop, continous batch freezer. The countertop design saves valuable floor space, and our patented Quick-Freeze Technology™ minimizes the size of ice crystals for a smoother, creamier product, whether it be froze custard, sorbet or italian ice. The 5.4-gallon-mix hopper and continuous-feed system produces between 4 and 6 gallons of finished product per hour. Plus, the hold cycle keeps the barrel at a safe holding temperature during off-cycle periods.
