115-volt single-phase air cooled vertical-batch freezer with 1-1/3 hp motor
This 115-volt vertical batch freezer offers 1-2 quarts of product per hour (on average) and provides high-capacity and energy efficiency for a countertop unit. Large diameter freezing cylinder facilitates extremely fast freezing time, resulting in very small ice crystal formation. Simple to operate and easy to maintain, it will ensure perfect, premium ice cream, gelato, custard, sherbet, sorbet or water ices every time.
